Sir,
I really thak u. But my PC is assembled and as such the s/w. is not original. I never encourage illegal things. But PC assemble had loaded the s/w. without my knowledge. Any way, I shall check up with Reliance Man today and arrive at the solution. Thank u once again. |

Hello All,
I have been approached by reliance money to open a trading account. I would like to obtain feedback from this forum about the service. I am a intraday to posistional trader, hence 1) Brokerage is important to me. 2) The site has to be fast and the order needs to be processed quickly. Site needs to work from behind firewall as I would access it from office. 3) Good Cash Margin provided by brokerage would also help 4) Clearly understandable Ledger needs to be maintained as there will be alot of trades. Stock ticker , Charts and recommendation are not important as I would get them from my current brokerage site. Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. Pran |

Pran, My sincere advice to you, dont open R/Money Account. It is the worst broker house I have seen in my life. I have suffered a lot of losses due to them. I am going to start a poll regarding their service. very soon. A WELL WISHER dev mookerji |

Hi Guys,
Hmmm... so no one liking RMoney ??? People it is for you to think everything comes with a price.. These guys are new give them some space and time to settle down.. Hey I have also had the same problem a lot of time.. Server not accepting the order, it remains In Process.. this happens when the market opens and at the time market closes... one advice never ever place at the market order during those times.. I was fortunate... I sold RCOM at market at 499.. but fortunately for me... their server hangup and confirmed the order after 15 mins.ie. it took 15 mins for my trade status to get flipped from In Process to Traded.. and guess what I was filled at 507.35... a whopping 8rs above my selling price.. ![]() Guys yes I should be happy but this is not rite what if I placed a buy order...???? SO yes the problems are there.. i am not refutting them.. but give these guys some time yes more than another 6 months perhaps and things would be fine!! HOPE SO !! P.S. > Bangerabs for seeing contracts details go to History>ECN> and search with the date if that is an old contract recent 5 should be there. Ask me any questions you guys want.. have been with them for long now. ;-) Last edited by vjuneja; 25th May 2007 at 09:34 PM. Reason: Spelling |

Buddy I am not a RMoney sales person yaar.. All I was and am trying to say is that I agree they are not even 80% error free and in this business below 100 you may not survive... But the point is that let them settle.. i am willing to take that loss for the brokerage they provide. Buddy I used to with HDFC Sec.. they are just so damn good.. i love them still RMoney took me away from them coz the brokerage here is apprx 10times lower than what HDFCSec offered to me... so my criteria is brkrg..service I am ready to compromise a lil' coz my trading style is a little different thatn yours i am a swing/positional trader so it is kool with me.. i may miss a few opportunities.. it pains too.. It is just that I was a lucky one with that 8Rs n u unlucky.. tomm the tide may reverse so we cannot do anything unless these guys correct themselves. Hey Dev I am not taking their or anyone else's side... i have also missed a few opportunites but it is ok with me... No Grudges Buddy !! Regards, Varun |

You are true. I may be unlucky . However, I must accept, there brokerage is negligible. If they can provide terminal, like PIB (with Indiabulls), they will become No 1 in India, in no times. Let us see, how fast they improve their services.... ![]() dev |

Dear Vjuneja,
This refers to ur writing on the subject. Today, there was an article in Eco-Times about R-Money's faulty s/w in e-trading. But this fact is denied by their CEO Sudip Bhandopadhya. It is shame that even personnel of CEO level tells open lies when we almost every client had bad experience with R-Money's s/w. I agree with u that it is teething problem and shall be cured in due course of time. We as their clients, who have mostly switched over to R-Money because of cheap brokerage must be content with this for some time atleast. As it is, excepting ICICI, I hv experienced that most of the broking houses keep on updating their s/w. (1)With regard to contract notes u hv suggested to check History. Yes, from there we can view contract notes only for 5 days. What if, we want beyond that period?. I think, there is no provision for this. (2) I also do not find option to see Ledger balance beyond a single day! (3) There is no summary of trades/deliveries, scrip wise. One has to work out mannually. I had already suggested this to R-Money thr: mails and if more clients bring forth some suggestions, R-Money may wake up for customer needs. |
