Hi ,

Can we open multiple demat accounts with the same PAN number ? Please advise.

yes u can open any no of demat a/c's , a demat a/c is just like a bank a/c. u just will have to fullfill the KYC(know ur customer) norms of the bank.

Thanks for the reply....

If I have two Demat accounts , say one with ICICI and another with Indiabulls, can I do Margin trading from both the accounts ?

Is there any restriction on the trading if we have multiple demat accounts ?

yes u can take ur trades in margin in both the a/cs. No problem. It will also lt u take opposite position in the same stock which u cant do in the same a/c.
