Question How to Trade in US markets?

Hi Friends ,

Sorry if this topic was covered in some other thread (i could not find any thread on this topic)

I'm based out of mumbai and interested in trading in USA markets, specially E-Mini futures in CBOT.

Wanted to know ;
1. Does any indian broker offer such a trading account for Non US nationals?
2. In case option 1 is not possible, can we open a trading account with US brokerage firm (considering that i dont have any bank account in USA).
3. If we have "YES" as answer to any of the two questions above, what are the tax liabilities for us?

Thanks & Regards
Stumper
