Default Password reset policies - RK Global and Reliance Money

If one forgets a password, then some brokers like ICICI will send a new one only through
a courier and your a/c gets locked during this period. On the other hand Kotak allows you to
generate a new password online subject to some security questions being answered correctly.

Does anyone know how RK Global and Reliance are handling this?

Thanks
