powerindiabulls---power of attorney---help!!!
Hi all,
I am about to open an account with indiabulls. After reading all the posts about the misuse of POA by indiabulls, I insisted the R.M. that I will not sign the same. He called indiabulls helpline no. to enquire. He said it is not compulsory to sign it, but then I will have to face the following problems: 1. Apart from account opening charges of Rs.1000/- , I have to pay annual maintenance charge of Rs. 250/-. 2. I will have to personnaly visit them to give delivery instruction slips for every sell order, both for cash & futures market. 3. No online facilities shall be provided ,i.e. I cant' trade online on PIB software. I have to again visit them to place orders. Now, I had no issues with the first 2 points, but without PIB i shall be at high risk of my account being misused. I request all members who are using "powerindiabulls" to give their opinion. Should I sign the POA to use PIB software, or should I refrain from it? Plz oblidge. REGARDS.

Is it necessary to sign POA to avail for online trading? I will be mostly trading
in futures market. Will it be safe to sign POA? ( for POWERINDIABULLS soft.) Plz, do reply. Regards.
