Dear sir
We all know that Reliance Money is a new product
The only reason for this is the technical delay. Nothing else. it takes some time to set up the account and provide it to you

But why RMoney accounts don't come with pre-activated InstaTrade ? What is their logic behind this ?

Siddique,
Its a blessing in disguise that Insta-trade is not activated for your account. My Insta-trade has been activated since the last one month and I am really furious at RMoney. Due to a technical glitch, I lost Rs. 15,000 on 11.05.07. I had bought Nifty 4100 puts and was at a profit. Suddenly, ther market took an about-turn, and to book profits, I gave a Sell Order. For the next 15 minutes, the Order Book kept showing "In Process", during which time I could not delete/edit the order. Finally, when the fault was resolved, my puts were down heavily. Their Helpline is not Toll-free (in my city) and they make you wait endlessly on STD charges. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, my TradeBook shows two contracts which I did purchase, worth Rs. 14,000 at purchase which have not been squared off and are not in the Open Positions List. So I might end up losing this amount as well, unless I sue them and wait for 5 years for the case to be settled. My advice- Stay away from Reliance Money.

Hi mozillan,

Really felt sorry for your fiasco with RMoney. I wish you good luck that you recover your losses quickly & I also wish that it was just an exceptional technical glitch which happened with you & not a usual phenomenan with RMoney ! We can only hope for the best. What happened with you in InstaTrade could have happened with anyone using EasyTrade as well.

To all group members,

I want to share my unending wait for overhyped Reliance Money a/c. I submitted the papers after marathon signing exercise on 18 April,2007 to Reliance Money frachisee at Hyderabad. But till today I have not received their full of mystry kit.

I am constantly in touch with the local franchisee and they are saying Ok you will receive tomorrow etc. A week ago some lady from Reliance Money telephoned me that there was some mistake in my papers. I told her to send back the papers so that I could varify and correct that mistake. But a week passed to get back my documents from Mumbai. Today their frachisee told me that your documents were posted at Vizag.

Now you realize the working of big corporates in our country. If anyone facing same type of problems, please share your experiences.

Basudeo

Can someone please let me know if RMoney accepts "After Market Orders(AMO)" ? & if yes, what are the time-slabs ?

I couldn't find anything mentioned on their website regarding AMO orders.

Thanks

RELIANCEMONEY SUCKS,

I have been facing lot of problems since last week,
Delayed order confirmation,delayed trader confirmation,

Market orders taking 45 minutes to confirm,

say you pace market order at 2:40 p.m

it gets confirmed at 3:20 p.m,gets executed at 3:20 p.m prices,

It is not worth it,

CHEAP BROKERAGE

CHEAP SERVICE
