Exclamation regarding INDIABULLS transparency!!

hello all,
i had a long discussion with indiabulls relationship manager!, they are ready to give brokerage but they will not give anything in writing!!......even they claim they dont have the page for standard brokerage in writing!!
is that true?
have any 1 got the deal in writing from them? or a email confirmation?
they claim i ca always confirm the brokerage by calling their customer care no!!! and can seein contract notes!! but no deals in writing!! how far is this right and true?

I guess its the same story with everyone.

Coz you know, once you start trading large volumes, those brokers would be willing to give really low brokerage. Its a bargain situation.
