Some good books on MM and RM are
1) Come into my trading room - Alex Elder 2) Trading for living - Alex Elder 3) Trade You Way to Financial Freedom - Van Tharp Besides them, these topics are also covered in most of the good trading related books as seperate chapter. The book "How to make money trading derivatives - Ashwin Gujral " also has a topic on Money Management. DSR, you are hitting the topic which is the crux of trading. There is no substitute to real life experience. So, once you have read the basics from any of the source, just start practicing and very soon you will be able to come out with your own guideline for MM and RM. Happy trading,
