There is a book called Fooled By Randomness ... this aint specifically on Probability Theory but has got good discussion about role of chance in markets.

Thanks for the info and infact I was looking for something like this, as I have recently renewed my interests in statistics after so many years after college, I had Physics as my major and electronics as my profession till a few years back...before I started in the markets. Tks, ss
