Invester will get 20% as a profit of his invested amount. and on 6th month the invester will get his investing amount back.
Example:
If some one is investing Rs.5000 till june 15 the he will be getting Rs.1000 monthly in every month on 15th till november
and on 15th in the month of December the invester will get Rs1000 (profit) + 5000 (invested amount)
