Advice on Sharekhan & other Brokerage house

Hi Everybody,
I'm holding Tading and Demate A/C in Sharekhan since last 2yr but i have very bad experince with there service and borkerage service. they r charging 0.1% (defaultay and 0.5% brokerage for delivery and its eating away my all gain .
Even after filling Client master form to change my brokerage slot they took no action.
I do frequently trade and now i'm willing to to change my broker .
plz advise me a brokerage house which offer a Pretty fast Trading terminal and attractive brokerage .
