Why India Govt Not Allowing To Trade In Forex By Resident Indians?

Can One Indian Invidual To Invest Money For Online Forex Trading To Usa Broker Under Liberalized Remittence Of Usd$1,00,000 Sceme Of Rbi?
Why Rbi Or Indian Govt. Not Alowing Indians Trading In Forex Market Or Why We Can't Do Wire Trasfer From Banks For Trading Purpose?

What Rbi Is Loosing For This?

Please Clarify Anybody.

RBI canr permit this as Inidan Currency is not a free currency and is regulated by RBI. All the countries where the economy is fully free or Convertible, they trade in foreign currencies. However India is only PArtially Convertible.
