Is Reliance Money the worst trading site?

I dont know much about online trading. I opened an account with Reliance Money and I am facing problems right from the beginning. The site takes too long to open, no reports are provided, one does not know when the trade takes place.
Most serious, they are debiting my account with arbitrary charges. No reply is forthcoming the customer service people. The total cost of trade (which was supposed to be Limit card charges and Rs 12 per trade) is coming out to be almost double of that.
I wonder if all trading sites are like that or is Reliance Money the worst site? Can someone please help me open an account with an honest online trading site?

2. 	i'v had Reliance Money ac for sometime now. i hvnt had such problems..... trust me i think u r with the best out of the lot. all of them r the same, With Reliance money at least the brokerage charges r less. i hv had an ac with sm 1 esle but ....... atleast Reliance Money is Better
