The Stock market is influenced by emotionalism. Technical analysis provides the only mechanism to measure the so called randomness of the market movement. Infact price is not always random. There are times when one can get clear idea about the buy or sell signals. Technical analysis is very important for disciplined trading.
As soon as you have money for trading in the market your emotion starts. At the same time some people feel to buy and others sell. This way market starts moving, following demand and supply situation. Unfortunately, it is human nature to see the market as he wants to see, not as it really is.
Many a times it happens with trader that when he buys market falls and when he sells market rises. Technical tools always helps us to interpret direction of the trend but it is trader who does not look or listen to the market, because he has hope which never works. Peoples’ reaction affects price and price affects peoples’ reaction. Thus price itself is an important psychological component in the technical analysis.
Technical analysis is science and art of trading. It is utilized to identify the trend reversal at the right time and trade accordingly. In fundamental analysis many facts are considered but psychological part is missing that is why it is consider as an incomplete analysis. Only technical analysis can help us to measure price movement and always keeps us with the trend.
Technical analysis is a Beacon of the market.
