NEED HELP!!!! FOR AMIBROKER & METASTOCK 10

I am having amibroker 5.10 version registered to shashi sethi, which i have download recently (3-4 days back), i am unable to update its intraday feed from *****. what could be the reason. is it bound to some restriction or what?
and also i have downloaded matastock 10 form internet. is there option available to get eod data feed directly to metastock, if no then please provide me any best alternative. where i can download all historical data along with eod data plz help
