I had given the margin money shortage amount as on 21/1/08 and inspite of the cheques given to the broker, all my shares have been sold and my lifetime savings & capital has eroded and now the broker says there is a debit balance in my account.
I was not asked / informed about my sahres being sold.
How can I get back my money and my capital
Can anyone guide me and help reach the right sources.
