Regarding bank statement while opening new account. Plz help

I'm a student & i want to trade in share markets as part time (stock options)
But i'm finding that i need to submit bank statement
Is it Mandatory to give 6 month bank statement while opening an account ?

*Actually I'm yet to open a fresh bank account only for trading purposes,in that case i might not come up with 6 month transaction history.

Plz help

Hi
You need bank statement for trading in f& o...if u dont have bank statement...u can submit latest inome tax return...U are student ..u may not have this..
you can open account in the name of ur family member who has those papers..& tradign wth that account

6 Months statement not required....... it is enough to give the fresh statement.
