How to pick a stock for intraday trading

Hi all,

Can anybody suggest me how to pick stocks for intraday trading ?

What are the factors to be considered to pick a stock for intraday trading ?

pick stocks which are trading near their day's hi/lo and trade with the trend

I wud suggest to look at the daily charts first, if there is strong trend then trade that stock with ur intraday system....happy trading keep it up

I will suggest you the following
1 look for the stock with high volume.
2 try to analyse the sector to which moved along with nifty
3 find out a stock from the sector which followed the trend of the sector.
4 next day see the market trend. If it is bullish buy the strong stock and if bearish sell the weak one from that sector.

Could not understand what you meant by Strong and Weak..
Can you give us some examples..

strong and weak r comparison to nifty. say nifty 1% fall, 1stock 2% down ,so weak.STOCK b ,sameday move 1% up,-so stock b= strong.
