Trailing stop is good to use or not?

Recently, I had experienced some unwanted loses using this trailing stop. So, i want to know whether anyone use trailing stop and is useful for you or not.
And also want to know about the dis advantages in trailing stop.

its totally depends upon ur strategy of trading.

if u r directional trader then its good .... if u use in sideways market u get hurt.
and by the way no indicator in TA is good or Bad its u need to define how to use it so that u can get maximum out of it.

now u decide that....u r good for trading or not..means ur phsycology .

if u r good .....then analyse ur Trading strategy.

if u r trading startegy also good ....then analyse ur money management part...

if it is also good...then u will not post this thread/ur comment here.
