Friends I need some help

I am a beginner. I have bought a share 550 in quantity but when i am trying to sell it I am getting the message '' DP transaction unsucessful. Insufficient balance'' Kindly guide me.


I am using Axis direct.
I have purchased the above quantity in 2 stages one of 200 and other of 350.

When did you buy them ? Also, contact your RM at Axis.
