In NSE NOW suppose I BUY one share of SBI in Delivery type(CNC).

Here my doubt is :

(a)Whats the time gap after which I can SELL ?
(b)Can I SELL Delivery (CNC) share on the same day of BUY ?

in general (not particularly NSE NOW)

normally your transaction(first trade - Buy) is considered as delivery only if you did not square up on the same day.

a. you can sell your first trade - Buy on the next day, even if it is not yet showing in your ledger. It normally appears on T+2.

b. you can sell your first trade - Buy on the same day itself. It will not be considered as Delivery but Intraday.

Your comment did not help me rather made me more confused. Please find my comments below.

This is not understood.
I asked "Whats the time gap after which I can SELL" ?

Remember, I told I placed a BUY order with type Delivery(CNC)

So,
Can I sell this share on the same day ?
Can I sell this share on the next day ?
Can I sell this share on the next next day ?
Can I sell this share on any day I want ?

Please tell me.

remember , I placed a BUY order with type Delivery(CNC) ..and so can I SELL Delivery (CNC) share on the same day of BUY ?

I am not sure yet. what was your answer here ? Yes / No ?

Sorry to make you more confused.

First of all I don't use NSE NOW, I use Odien Diet.

I place a buy order with type Margin. Once this is executed, I can sell it the next moment. If I sell the same scrip and same quantity, it is considered as squared off and Intraday trade. If I don't square it up, it is automatically converted to Delivery trade.
If it does get converted to Delivery trade, I can sell it the next day (T+1) even though the exchange time to show the scrip in your portfolio is T+2.

I am not 100% sure here - In your case as well, when you put buy order with type CNC, you should be able to sell the same scrip the next moment after execution. Only make sure when you put sell order, the type is Delivery. If there is an error saying you do not have the scrip / quantity then you should be able to sell it the next day.

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry to make you more confused.

First of all I don't use NSE NOW, I use Odien Diet.

I place a buy order with type Margin.
What is "Margin" type order in Odien Diet ? In NSE Now we have type as Intraday(MIS) and Delivery(CNC).

Is it "Margin" type in Odien Diet == Intraday(MIS) in NSE NOW ??

Does Odien Diet has Delivery(CNC) type order ?

Once this is executed, I can sell it the next moment. If I sell the same scrip and same quantity, it is considered as squared off and Intraday trade. If I don't square it up, it is automatically converted to Delivery trade.
OK.

If it does get converted to Delivery trade, I can sell it the next day (T+1) even though the exchange time to show the scrip in your portfolio is T+2.
Aah ..There you go.

So a Delivery trade can be sold next day i.e on (T+1)

I am not 100% sure here - In your case as well, when you put buy order with type CNC, you should be able to sell the same scrip the next moment after execution.
Thanks.

Only make sure when you put sell order, the type is Delivery.
Ok...fine.

If there is an error saying you do not have the scrip / quantity then you should be able to sell it the next day.
Whats the point of error ...It should not show error ...is not it ?

Odien diet has two types - Margin ( intraday) and Delivery. I use Margin which keeps my option open to sell on the same day. (well my trade does not get executed if I select Delivery, probably my broker set it up that way). Good for trading though.
What I meant by error is - if your sell order is Delivery type, system will ensure that you have them, if not a pop up error will come.

1. u can sell 1 share of SBI - if u fell u have got the target price
a. same day before 3.30 pm
b. u can sell after 3rd day (T+2) any time whenever target price u have set have reached
