Hi,

Traderji has been the greatest learning resource for me ever since i took up trading 6 months back. Just thought of compiling a list of questions which once answered could serve as a good roadmap for others embarking on the trading journey.

Hope its not a nag and doesn't take too much of your time/ effort answering.

Ps: I'd suggest that we can copy paste the questions and respond-in line.

Cheers!

1. How long since u began trading?

Ans: Price action

6. First tools in TA?
Ans: EMA

7. How long after first trades did you begin using trading software?
Ans: Never. Used trading software to backtest a strategy once.

8. After how long did you decide to become a full time trader?
Ans: Still a part time trader who trades daily apart from my desk job.

9. No. of scrips you are invested in at any point of time?

Ans: Look for pressure - either upside or downside.

11. How much ROI do you look for in an options intraday trade?

Ans: I have my levels to trade. Until they are touched I hold on and once touched I get off with my daily share of return.

Ans: Give time to the market to understand its underlying force and only when confident, get into a trade

First, I want to know: How are the answers to your questions going to help you in your trading?

At best, your questions are generic and of little consequence in the long run. Worse, the more answers you get from different people more you would try to mould yourself to the common denominator. Which may kill a potential trader in you who, if left alone, might turn out to be 1000 times better trader than all of us put together. So beware. :)

BTW If I were you, I would ask Linkon to give the fone number of his friend, who made 2500000+ with 30 K capital in less than 6 months. Instead of 15 questions, you would be asking him just one: Sirji, HOW? :p ;) :D

Pravi ...,

Below post what I wrote long ago Still Applies and will apply in Future as well...,
Sometime back one mature lady had joined our team as an apprentice Engineer. One of our senior team members was showing a little bit of inclination towards her. Eventually other team members started cracking jokes about them. The senior member had a very good sense of humour. You know what he replied "If you want to learn , How to ride, try with a old bicyle. " :)
