I was browsing the net for help on online trading and came across this wonderful forum. There are so many gr8 posts here going through which I have gained a lot but still need that little 'extra' help from you all to finalise my decision.
I am more in the buy-and-hold segment of traders. Also most my shares have been gifts from my father! I only buy when the market is really low and have never sold a share as yet. BUT I want to keep the option available when needed, hence the need for online trading.
Also, my daily schedule does not permit me to work with a broker.
I have an account with IndiaInfoline Ltd. but want to switch over to something better as IIFL is NOT a financial institution and hence before every buy, I need to wait a day for funds to be transfered from my bank account.
I cannot use ICICIDirect.com for personal reasons.
If possible, I want the least brokerage possible and a gr8 trading terminal s/w with streaming/scrolling quotes like on TV.
Considering my requirements, can you plz suggest a good switch from IIFL?
