Certain company name not avaliable in HDFC sec

Hi,

I am new to online trading just recently i have demate account at HDFC Sec.

This is my question, when i tried to buy certain company at hdfc they says invalid character(according to HDFC they say that when u enter the first 4 letter of the company name it will popout list of company).But when entered a particular company name, there was no result..... for example this one (Exelon Infrastructure Ltd)..please advice me how to buy share of the company which r not listed in the HDFCSEC.........

Exelon symbol is very much available from HDFC Sec -- the symbol name is EXEINFEQNR.

This is a BSE only scrip; did you select this exchange during symbol lookup?

i think i made a mistake i have entered wrong company name its Total Hospitality Ltd .....srry for my mistake .... plz try this

Could not find the symbol either. Guess the thing to do is call their support.

However, HDFC Sec does have the page: http://www.hdfcsec.com/Company/Total-Hospitality-Ltd.html

can u confirm ISIN number if you have share in your demat as unable to get details from www.bseindia.com for Total hospitality Ltd

In HDFC Sec site if you try by entering 3 alphabets of the company name then you will surely get the details immediately whether you are looking for equity or mutual funds

Never heard of the company prior to your post; cannot confirm.

All indications are that it's ISIN is INE109E01013; as mentioned in the HDFC Sec page. In BSE, it is still listed under its former name of Total Exports.

not only this company name i am not able to find most name in the HDFCSEC ... i am totally getting confused. The company has been listed but no able to find in HDFCSEC. Does any one have solution of this ......

Scrip code for Exelon Infrastructure Ltd, HSL Code is :EXEINFEQNR" and BSE Scrip Code : 530337 its lying in "T" Group.

In HDFC Securities Ltd; site.... you may get scrip code by entering three alphabets of the name of company then click in magnifying glass wherein you will get the pop up of lists and select which you are looking for even enable to popup in your PC.

wow... that looks a complicated platform.... u guys must try a demo of the instaplus by reliance securities....!
