Where to Start?

I've read through the beginner guide. but I've looke around the different websites and I can't find any providing a basic guide as difference between equities, stocks, commodities, futures, options.

I want to do interday trading but I'm not sure which of the above :(
If someone could guide me it would be very helpful.

If anyone has time to guide me through chat either skype or msn I would be even more happy.

Trader should start trading from the basics which can be obtained from demo account and trader should spent three to four month in demo account to completely understand the basics of trading which will benefit in future.
