dearfriend it is always better to open dmat account with the broker with whom u open ur trading account since u need not worrry about giving delivery slips to ur trades in earlier days i had hdfc bank dmat account& had tradingaccount with a different broker my hdfc branch weekly holiday use to be on tuesday & i will not be able to trade on mondays because of that more over any bank is not giving u any thing such as dmat account opening,transaction charges etc free or any consession hence open ur trading dmat account with the same broker
