Online Trading account in ICICI?

recently i opened a 3 in one account with ICICI direct. i have an account in ICICI bank as well. i had asked for online trading but they said that it wasnt online trading. also they gave a nick name as the code that i have to tell them whenever i feel like trading. but i was prefering an online account. is there a way out?

Don't trade with ICICI. They have very high brokerage.

Instead, go to any broker and open a demat and trading account.

PS: Remember to close your demat accounts if you are not using them. If you leave your demat account without attention, you may be the victim of some scam.

if you have a lot of money to be wasted by giving as service charge , brokerage , etc , go for ICICI , as in banking services icici treats the customer as a fool here also , and will definitely take advantage of you if ur not ever vigilant ,

best course is as mentioned in the previous reply , to start with a good broker . geojit, karvy , motilal ozwal etc have a good online platform to trade , i dunno about the others , these i have personnel experience

Never trade with ICICI, its good only for banking and Credits. Share trading is the specialized area of business operations and one must trade with ppl having this as core business activity and not as accessory operations.
More ever ICICI bank wont provide you trading in COmmodities,
P.S. I dont have any personal ILL with ICICI rather I am a fan of their Credit Appraisals and Banking Operations.
