Target, stop loss

#1
Hello there,

In the site xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the advice for ITC as of today reads as "As on Thursday 19th August 2010 ITC closed @ 165.30 and we RECOMMEND Strong Sell for LONG-TERM with STOPLOSS of 257.33 and Strong Sell for SHORT-TERM with STOPLOSS of 264.71"

What is the actual meaning of the above statement? If they are recommending an immediate sell on the stock at the current price where does 257.33 and 264.71 arise from? In other words what does a stop loss price above the sell price mean?

Thank you, would appreciate the clarification.
