Is this brokerage ok?

My broker is a Sharekhan franchise- Emprize. This is the brokerage that I am paying currently, I initially have only Rs 25,000 deposited-

1. 0.5% on regular trading
2. 0.1% on day trading

I was told that if I debited Rs 50,000 or more than that in my account, it would be-
1. 0.25% on regular trading
2. I forgot to ask :|

Is this ok? Looking at some brokerages I think I should have negotiated for a lesser brokerage. Should I negotiate now? As i just added 25,000 more & my total balance is Rs 50,000. I will get 0.25% but should I negotitate for even more less?

Seems standard brokerage! You dont need to deposit additional 25,000-00 unless you will be having high turnover worth 25,000-00.

I went through their website but the brokerage wasn't mentioned.
