Which are the best stocks in Future segment to trade in Intraday basic?

Any high volume stock is good. Beyond that you need to filter based on market sentiment on the particular day. Some sectors move nowhere on few days & vice versa.

I've just read your post from 2010 about a filter based upon market sentiment. I'm trying to work a strategy which can accommodate both volatile and non-volatile days - but a filter would certainly help. Can you recommend any which predicts volatility perhaps better than others? Tku
