What does vaanda/vanda mean?

I have heard this term used by traders.
Please give me the meaning.

It means hitch/problem/dispute.....the trade under dispute is called "Trade in Vandha" but it used to be in open outcry system where many such "Vandha" trades used to be there because of price/quantity mismatch of selling and buying entities.....in present day computerised working very less chances of any dispute/hitch...
