I know Bluechips will give returns.. but what about the smaller giants

Hello all,

I am first timer in the market and have a simple question.

I met a couple of brokers in the last 14 days and both of them is suggesting to sign up and invest in bluechips. Now I have been reading various forums, articles and am quite familier with bchips and also learnt that Infosys, HDFC will never let you down and actually not looking to hire a broker to invest in them.

What I am really looking forward to is towards are the smaller, sleeping giants who may/will yield 150-200% in a span of say 3-5 years. What are the best practices to digg them up from the mine?

Hope I cleared my query.

technically, this is the time 2 exit if one missed it last time.....only a close abv 17 k merits the return of bulls & invstrs....:)

I am not technically savvy yet and hence didn't get you. Did you mean this is the time not to invest but to exit if an earlier investment was already done? Whatz the meaning of close abv 17 k merits ...

Technical analysis is a security analysis discipline for forecasting the future direction of prices through the study of past market data, primarily price and volume.

curently v r in the pulback phase of the downtrend that started last month...this pulback may face resistance @ 17000 @ close...till the sensex does not close abv 17000...invstrs & traders should keep away from the mkts while bears may take oposite positions:)
