Can anyone tell me what are the different filings of a company an investor should check before investing.

Also can you please tell me good and reliable source to get those filings and annual reports of the companies.

NSE has a facility called "NSE's Market Tracker". There you have different tabs where you can get financial results, announcements, share holding pattern, etc.
