NCFM Capital market exam. GUIDE ME ?

#1
I have taken ncfm capital market exam and how is it , can one clear it at one shot.

What is the minimum marks i mean decent marks to score, i mean is it easy enough to get 70 % in the exam.

Will the study material provided by them is enough for the exam.
Any tips and suggestions by those who have cleared will be of great help

Just register on the NSE web ... they'll provide you with the material ...

Finally, its between the book n you ... exams are not at all difficult ... and managing 70%+ is easy if you stdied well .... there is a mock exam on the site ... do that and go before relevant exams ... most of the questions are similar to what given in mock exams ....

Don't forget to take mock test on their site

Don't attempt any question which you are not sure

Well I'll certainly guide you in whatever you ask for ...

But for that you will have to ask yourself,
1) What is your interest ...
2) What you aim to be ...
3) How much time you r giving towards your own development ...

Good Luck!

Thanks a lot.To be frank what i was looking for was a career where i can make decent money.
While searching for that i came across stock market and i was very much influenced by this market (for the money they make ), so without second thought i searched online and in the beginning i didn't even knew that NCFM certifications are there. I was simply searching for exam in stock market and found series 7 exam, while kept posting questions to friendly and helping forums one good guy told me to go for NCFM modules. Later i searched and applied for NCFM financial market beginner module, two months back i cleared that exam with 82 % score.

Immediately i applied for Capital market dealers module. Now i have started preparing for the exam.I also was thinking of doing MBA in finance , i had heard once that good colleges from UK, USA provide distant learning courses , some video lecturing .Either way what is running in my mind is to give whatever i have to stock market field and mean while if possible to do MBA in finance not regular course only to support my growth in the stock market. This is the situation what i am presently in . Now i think u can guide me seeing my situation. Please help i will be very thankfull to u .

I understand your situation well and I realise that you want to make a good living out of the market. See, an MBA in Finance can get you a place in the industry but will it help you make money in the markets ... Well I doubt that....Even by giving NCFM exams you might get a so - so job but even that would not help you to make a good living ... You need to tell me whether you are willing to become a trader or are willing to get a good job in the market ... I'll be in a better position to help you then ... So give this some thought ...

Sir after thinking a lot on what u told, now i realised that becoming a good trader is the best thing, because i feel i can work in some job and simultaneously i can trade.[getting into company and working in the company will it helps me to become and good trader] .I have heard but i dont know how true it is, by opening a brokerage company one can earn lot of money , is that true .
