HELP and Advice

I seek your advice TFL and other Seniors

last year attended a Seminar and was Sold into buying ADVANCED GET------Why Buy aMaruti when you can Buy a BENZ was the SALES PITCH...So Bought ADVANCED GET and RT...Didnt do much trading though.....mainly because of Lack of knowledge
Now going thru Traderji and the supportive community I plan to start trading
.....
First phase --I plan to learn the various trading strategies
Learn to draw TREND LINES,Study charts Analyse ,Back Test etc

THE problem is I have this Software...Advanced Get from Esignal..but no real time data...which has expired and costs around 65000 for Nse if i want to renew

Now to learn the charts ,Back test etc What is the best Way and cheapest way Out....
Advanced get has lot of tools but it is useless now unless i subscribe for real time data....please help out...what is the way out
AND EQually alarming ----ADVANCED get does not seem to be the most popular of softwares ---going by our friends in TRADERJI

Hi,
you can start the basics with amibroker and you can find eod/intra day data from the data feeds section of this forum. you can backtest using many formulas(afl) available.
