about BSE BOLT

hi to all
i m new and fresher in stock trading
i did r&d and had known all the broker about their brokerage and among all only reliance money take less percent brokerage
and i also found about the bse BOLT
now i want to know how many percent brokerage does the bse bolt take
is there any fee to pay for opening and account
So i want to know more about bolt
