Technical Jargon of Stock Market

I am starting this thread so that new people can ask questions about technical jargon of stock market and below is my first question:

What does below statement mean ?

"So I would suggest going short in Infosys at current levels with stop of around Rs 2,125-2,140 in mind and with a target of Rs 1,950."

does it mean " sell infosys now and buy it at 1950. If infy share price goes above 21250-2140 then this suggestion is not applicable. "
