I have reached here searching for more people like me who are being harassed and unduly charged by reliancemoney limit card process.about 15 days back i happend to trade on instatrade at home and was asked to fill recharge my limit card ,as usual I recharged with PR card 500 .since i have opened my account i used to recharge my account with 500 rs card.but this time I was charged with a brokerage of about 69000 rs within eight days.later i came to know that they have changed the brokerage system from with a 90 lacs limit in margin to 2 lac rs .which caused me a large .amount in brokerage.The information of such a change in brokerage charges were not informed to me via a hard copy.when i complained this matter to customer support and grievences and to the higher authorities they argued that the changes were informed to the clients via email.,
Is this the justice how many people open their mail account daily to check mail.
