Hey, Which magazine or newspaper?????????

Hi Traders,

Which magazine & newspaper offers best information on company analysis or information to pick up good stocks for a long term investment????

I usually read Economic times& DNA news papers, In the magazine sections i read Capital Market which offers awesome information in mid cap stocks which will give good return in 3-5 years span... Anymore suggestions???

Since foreign inflows generally move markets you should also get the FII's perspective on Indian equity markets. I normally make sure to read http://www.bloomberg.com/news/regions/india.html and http://in.reuters.com/money/news/hotStocksNews

Dalal street journal is a good magazine

These paper/ mags mentioned by others may give u good info but my suggestion is not to trade their recommendation. Otherwise, all reader of these papers would have made lot of money in bull run.. and not lost that money in last 1 yr.
Understand the purpose of magzine /paper = their job is to give info that People will read and are willing to pay for. They are not interested whether u loose or make money from their reco or not (have u ever noticed their disclaimer below the recos).

Take the info from them, do your own analysis and learn to take your own trading decision. You might make mistakes, but if u have enough committment, then it is just matter of time that u can make better investement decision then the newspaper.

I had subscribed to "Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities" a trader's magazine for 5-6 years. It is a magazine from US,good magazine about trading,systems,methods,money management ,but gets very repetative after 2-3 years.

This simple matter of clicks is what has to be decided.... and that decision isnt that simple.

It's better to do technical analysis on the calls given in Investment world. I was a follower of using PE method and fundamental analysis, but has now ended up with a good loss in picks based on fundamental calls.

A PE of 10 which looked cheap then is expensive nowadays
