Demat and Trading account in my business name

I've a demat and trading account in my personal name.

But I've a proprietorship business and I want to open a demat/trading account in my company business name. Is this legal?

yes it is legal if thats all u want to know. Many traders who do big trades, do it in business name/way only

Here my points are..

1. I already have a trading account in my personal name.
2. My business is proprietorship.

What are the documents should I produce for opening trade account in my biz name?

let me tell you in simple way. Just compare this with you bank account, as you can open bank account in both your personal name and company name, same is with trading account.
Just because you are owner of business doesnt make these account interchangeable...

your business account will be different from your personal account like your savings and current accounts with bank.
So documents will also be more and less similar plus whatever extra required by your broker, which you will have to inquire from him...
