technical Analysis

Dear all,
I am new to trading and want to understand tips and tricks of Technical analysis. I have read through many documents/portals and now wishes to do some practical (but dummy ) technical analysis.
Can anyone help me in location any website/portal which allows user to do technical anlysis on Indian stocks/equity? For example I would like to see the charts for particular equity and draw the DMA or EMA, candle charts etc etc.

I shall really appreciate your kind help.
