Broker and subbroker

Hi all

i WANT JUST HELP FROM YOUR SIDE.

firstly i am asking that the diff. between broker and subbroker.

because i want be a broker or subbroker. in my own shop how can i reach it.
and what is procedure which i can follow.

Broker is a person/partners/organization that register themselves with stock exchanges to act as "Broker". Brokers are technically called "Trading Members" in NSE. Broker's must have keep deposits with some SEBI listed Banks. These banks are called "Clearing Members". Thru an account called "Clearing Account", brokers buy and sell stocks at exchanges on behalf of their clients.

To conduct their broking business in various locations of the country, they appoint Sub-Brokers. So sub-broker is a person who conducts a Broking business on behalf of his broker.

To become a sub-broker one must contact broking houses.
