is icicidirect stock data real-time?

I'm a new member at traderji. First of all, i would like to thank
traderji.com and all the members. Forum post have been very helpful.

I'm new to stock markets and i have registered for an account in
icicidirect (even after reading bad reviews about it everywhere).

Currently, i tried out some intraday deals with marginPLUS. But
however the prices at which they execute are completely different
than what i had intended for.

Is the "Best 5 bids/offers' update from icicidirect real-time
and live? How reliable is it?.

Is there any other provider who give real-time live data for
one single stock index only (FREE!!)
