Proper trading site
I want to open an DEMAT A/c and Trading A/c.
But problem is that since I am in office at the time when market opens. I won't be able to use terminal or s/w for trading. More over those trading sites which ask for ActiveX, Java Applets, Installation s/w & certificates to be run. Can't be run on my PC. Those sites which ask for forceful proxy user ID and password are also out of questions. But I am able to access normal websites without any hindrance or blockage, is there any trading site which is pure web-based and without any of the above hassles. Thanks

Welcome to the world of trading and to traderji!
Sharekhan classic trade is there what I know! But no streaming price... have to refresh to get latest price! Very nice dial and trade facility also! Can get live prices of the cash segment on mobile phone if you have a gprs/wifi/ connectivity on your phone and registered with sharekhan! Good Luck Regards

Kotak ---------- 350-------0.04 & 0.35 ------with corporate concessions (else 750, 0.09,0.69) But is it hassles free, for which I am looking for. If I can get a dummy login to see I am able to view and work in there trading site without any problem that will be great.

Go to sharekhan website... click the link classic trade... that will be ur login page! if u can see that page u can login there too from your office! Dont know abt dummy login

I have taken Kotal A/c for securities. We had it on concessional rates from our office itself. and I can access it from office. no probs. thanks
