Demat Account
I'm a first time investor. I want to do invest in stock market..like buying shares..Have no clue how i'm going to go about doing it..but i understand that one has to open a demat account..
i've heard that icicidirect is a place where many people like myself have opened demat accounts..any advice / suggestions...??

I donot know why icicidirect was suggested.There are many many demat services providers & ways to open demat accounts.
Icicidirect is the costliest affair to deal with pl if you trust me dodnot ever open account with icicdirect. Reliance money is another crook and the services are the worst i have ever seen. Why not sharekhan,Indiabulls or kootak mahindra? Can anybodyy advise .
