About different Groups..

Hi all,
I am new to trading and as I understand,stocks are divided into groups A,B,S,T,ST AND Z groups.
What is the difference in trading in these stocks?
For example what I came to know that u cant day-trade in certain group ( may be it was T ) i.e. you MUST take delivery of that stock. Also may be settlement period varies.
Can anyone please tell me the basic things about these groups?
I searched google but couldnt find any worthwhile information.
Please help.

Please look at the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange site). All the info you want is there.
You are right about the T group and stay away from the Z group.
