How stock prices decided???

In the National Stock Exchange site (www.nseindia.com) if I check the quote of some stock, it displays a table "Price Information" and a table "Order Book".

Attached a snapshot.

I dont understand how the "Last Price" is decided. Can someone explain?

Ya, I got your point but I do not understand the order book table that nse stock quote shows.
It shows buy qty, buy price and sell price, sell qty.

Is there some relation between the buy price, sell price as shown in the order book and the last traded price?

Sorry, may be my question is very basic.
