Demat Service

Hello All,

I am new to Equity market. I want to open a new demat account.
I found couple of brokerage firms are there like ICICI Direct, sharekhan e.t.c.
I want to know which will be the best.

Do not go for icicidirect, brokerage is highest and website is very slow during market hours. Try geojit (very low brokerage) or motilal oswal.

the brokerage is reasonable (though I ve not comapred with all the others but thats what people tell me)

I have a big issue with that.
some times the transactions totally stop working.

I would like to know of a brokerage which is value for money.
that si the brokerage is reasonable and the service is satisfactory.
is Motilaloswal good?

What about Hedge Equities. Please advice.

all that matters is brokerage and service not the demat account and it is as simple as that....:lol: some firms are providing free demat account Few firms Like share khan provides free demat account if you start trading with Rs 25000 but the brokerage matters so please be conscious before opening a demat with any firms. firms like motilal oswal and zerodha are best brokers to trade with...
