you can buy some selected shares (like nifty, junior nifty, and midcap stocks) which can be sold within 2 days before delivery.

Usually delivery of shares happends in T+2 days, i.e, 3 days, so if you want to profit from price rise within 3 days, BTST will help.

every broker has there own list of buy today and sell tomorrow stocks....please understand.

before you sell please check the quantity of shares of btst in your dp...for example ...kotak securities allow only 75percent of the stocks you bought will be allowed to sell of btst cateorgy...that is even the scrip is in btst you are allowed to sell only 75percent( those many shares only reflected on dp)

so better check brokers list of btst and how much percentage is allowed to sell of total quantity stock bought.

good thing is check atleast once your dp...as your dp will reflect btst shares with number of quatity and then sell.
regards
suba

Geojit also has BTST scrips, quite a few. But as other posts suggests it is better to read the fine print before getting into this. I couldn't find any info on their site. So perhaps will have to call the toll-free number

Cool Re: Buy Today Sell Tomarrow(btst)

I have idea about indiabulls. Indiabulls provide cash to hold BTST shares for 7 days and then if you are not able to sell them then they will squareoff them to get the money. In liu they charge some percentage everyday which is quite high so my openion is don't go for it untill unless you are sure you are going to get high returns on any scrip in few days.

I have burned my hands in it.
