Let me try to answer of you question
In delivery your shares will come after settlement it means with in 2-3 days and if you are sell that share it will take also 2-3 days to deposite your traded amount in your account. If you trading in Margine rather delivery then your share will be traded in a day and it will sell it on that day only. So for begineer dont go in margine.
